The purpose of the Debut in Research: Young Talents from Africa Prize is to help new generations of African researchers to emerge, offering them the opportunity to attend a PhD course<\/b> in cooperation with prestigious Italian universities and research institutes<\/b> and supporting their research and innovation on the various scientific topics promoted by Eni award: decarbonization and energy transition, new energy frontiers and advanced environmental solutions.<\/p>\n

I hope to find you well since our last email sent on the 4th of September related to Eni Award 2019 and its section The Debut in Research: Young talents from Africa<\/p>\n

The purpose of the Debut in Research: Young Talents from Africa Prize is to help new generations of African researchers to emerge, offering them the opportunity to attend a PhD course<\/b> in cooperation with prestigious Italian universities and research institutes<\/b> and supporting their research and innovation on the various scientific topics promoted by Eni award: decarbonization and energy transition, new energy frontiers and advanced environmental solutions.<\/p>\n

The Prize is addressed to researchers holding a Master\u2019s degree, a postgraduate diploma or any equivalent academic qualification granting access to a doctoral course in an Italian university (the two scholarships consist, indeed, in financial support for the attendance of a PhD course in an Italian university or research institute).<\/p>\n

In order to participate, the theses must have been defended at an African University during 2017 or 2018.<\/p>\n

We would like to invite you to spread this opportunity among your contacts in your Institution, and especially among the most promising young students and collaborators you may know. <\/b><\/p>\n

For this reason, please find attached the Official Announcement and Regulation to this year edition: the Eni Award Scientific Secretariat will be more than pleased to receive requests for application.<\/p>\n

The deadline for requesting an account and starting the registration process falls on November 9, 2018<\/b>, no later than 5.00 p.m. CET (Central European Time). All required documents must be submitted by the final deadline of November 23, 2018<\/b>, no later than 5.00 p.m. CET (Central European Time).<\/p>\n
